One of his crowning achievements is the agreement he recently negotiated with Fox Sports en Espanol to deliver the latest and most comprehensive pan-regional sports coverage to Yahoo!`s 25 million Spanish-speaking users. * How do you drink your coffee? I`m Puerto-Rican, so I like my coffee cafe con leche style. In my home we used to brew the coffee in the morning so it was very aromatic and flavorful * How do you usually start your day?. Usually before the family wakes up, I go and exercise in the morning It`s a great time to think and plan the day ahead. Then I come back, drink my coffee and greet everybody as they get up. * What is your favorite spot at home? The living room--it`s the most quiet. * How do you relax? I love music. I put on the computer nowadays; I love the classic salsa and the classic rock as well. I use Yahoo/Music to discover new music I may like as well. So because of these interactive streaming services, I now use online service as opposed to a traditional CD. I also read while I`m listening to my favorite music. I love action books, usually related to history. * Who would you like to have a coffee with? Almost every day, I take a coffee break with my colleagues at work. It`s a good time to be in an informal environment, to talk about business and what`s going on with everybody. [It`s a good time] to really keep tabs on interesting facts or things that are going on with our employees. I get to know more about what they are doing and the type of things they are working on and [listen to] ideas that wouldn`t necessarily come up with in a mere formal environment. * Who do you have your most favorite coffee chat with? I`d have to say it would be my grandfather. I never cease to learn from his experience. Also, I love his stones, which usually are full of humor * What did you talk about? He`s told me about his career and how he developed from his work at the US. Usually about how good and exalting times we are living in right now and the kinds of stuff we can doreaching across the world to have relationships with peers, friends, family. These are very exciting times. * What do you consider to be the turning point in your personal life? I`d have to say when I met my wife, and the family that we`ve built together is pretty amazing. I met my wife right before starting my master`s in business administration at Indiana University. * Besides coffee, what do you like to drink? I drink green tea all day long. * What is your favorite conversation topic at a family dinner?. Usually we always start by acknowledging how fortunate we are for what we have. And then we go on to discuss our highlights; each family member`s achievementshonor roll, team sports, jobs, that kind of thing. * What is the most controversial? It has to be politics. On my side of the family, it`s usually about the status of the government in Puerto Rico and what`s going on there. On my wife`s side it`s Cuba. * What would your favorite place in the world be to have a cup of coffee? Madrid, la madre patria. I`ve been in Madrid once, I loved it. That`s were I would love to have coffee. I love the people, the food, the coffee is great. It`s a beautiful place. * What do you like to eat with your coffee? Usually, pastelillos. We love the guava, the cheese, and the ham croquettes. * What is your favorite local place to have a coffee? We work in Coral Gables, Florida, a beautiful place, and we walk to the local Starbucks[R] to have our coffee. That`s where we meet, talk and sit down to discuss business with our colleagues.
